My Story:

I first started to gain weight during my MSc program in the UK in 2014. My dress size changed from UK 12 (when I was leaving Nigeria) to UK 16 and before I left I could NOT use UK 18. I had to shop for new clothes for my new size with the little amount remaining from my monthly feeding allowance.

Since I couldn’t secure a job on time, my confidence was influenced and I soon fell into the job of simply being 'mum' concentrating on my children constantly and losing the genuine me.
